Final payment is due 48 hours prior to the class starting. After this time, refunds will only be given on a case by case basis.
In the event of an emergency, like TDY or medical problem, the student is to provide the Training Manager with a document proving such causes and the student will receive a full refund. If for any reason the class needs to be canceled, students will receive a 24 hour notification prior to the class date and will receive a full refund in the form that the class was paid for.
Any questions or concerns may be taken up with the Training Manager. In case of inclement weather, classes may be cancelled and full refunds will be given.
