In-Lobby Challenge
Join the Ramstein & Vogelweh Fitness Centers as they host In-Lobby Challenge. Join them in a free weekly event, where we will test your strength & stamina. You are able to participate at all three facilities (during manned hours). Fitness staff will verify all numbers and times. These events will lead up to our Tactical Fitness Challenge in September. All start at 0600. Top male & female finishers each will will receive a $25 gift card!
1-5 July – Pull-ups – Weekly Total
8-12 July – Assault Bike – 2 Min Total
15-19 July – Plank For Time
22-26 July – Row Machine – 2 Min Total
